Blue Moon by Alyson Noel

Blue Moon

Eager to learn everything she can about her new abilities as an Immortal, Ever turns to her beloved Damen to show her the way. But just as her powers are increasing, Damen’s are waning.

In an attempt to save him, Ever travels to the magical dimension of Summerland, where she learns the secrets of Damen’s tortured past; a past which he has always kept hidden from her. But in her quest to cure Damen, Ever discovers an ancient text that details the workings of time. Now Ever must choose between turning back the past and saving her family from the accident that claimed their lives—or staying in the present and saving Damen, who grows sicker every day...

My Review

This Book Isn't At All What I Expected. This Book Is Really Different From Evermore. I Was Blown Away And Left Breathless After The Emotional Rollercoaster I Went Through While Reading This Book. At First, Ever And Damen Have This Amazing Relationship That Leaves You Craving For One. Then, Out Of Nowhere, Noel Makes A 180 So Fast I Dropped Out Of The Seat I Was Sitting In And Fell Flat On the Floor. The Writing Is Very Fast- Paced. Before I Knew What Happened I Was At The Ending, And VERY Confused. I Understand What Noel Is Trying To Express In The Plot Of This Story But I was Truly Stuck On Stupid For The Most Part. Eventually, The Book Came Around-Not Full Circle, But Interestingly So. Towards The Ending, You Get Hit With Mostly All The Info You Were Missing And It Suddenly All Makes Sense. This Book Does Have Some Similarities With Other YA Book Series Out There But Is Not By Any Means The Same. I Believe You Should Read This Book And Decide For Yourself What You Believe! I Will Definately Read The Follow-Up Book Shadowland, Because Noel Truly Knows How To Rip The Carpet Out From Underneath Your Feet!
